Default refraction help..

hi all,
i resently did the tutorial on bullet time and i think its brilliant...
but the shader is good but is thier a shader out there that just refracts whats behind it and gives a smallest amount of

hope u can help

oh p.s this is what i got .. just playin around with an image..!!
