Node editor

Anyone know of a decent node editor plug in that would work with 2012? I don't have a subscription so don't have access to the new node editor introduced in the subscription advantage pack.

The hypershade works fairly well as a general node editor. I don't personally know of any third-party node editor plugins, but I would try using the hypershade and see how it works for you.
