Need help with converting into .mesh file

I have created a transparent ship that I need to export and convert into a .mesh file. I have been using the Jorodox tool to convert my dae files into mesh files. However, when I try to convert my ship from a dae to a mesh, it loses its transparency. Does anyone know how to fix this, or another way to convert without losing transparency?

Bit late of a reply but what are you using to save the .dds textures? They'll lose the alpha channel if saved as DXT1 compression. DXT3, DXT5 and DXT10 compressions will store and maintain the alpha channel. Might be the cause of the issue.
