Default Batch file export

I'm trying to call my own export plugin via the maya -batch -file ....
"file -exportAll" at this point I have no idea how to call my own plugin and set my export parameters. Does anyone know how to do this or are there any examples out there?

make sure your plug-in is in one of the directories in the MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH environment variable and make sure that it's set to autoload in your preferences. If that doesn't work, you can add a loadPlugin command right before your file -export command.
