Default F-check needs which programs

which programs does f check need - at first it didnt do anything - would just load up and then error instantly - so i installed q-time b/c i read the dr watson log file which had an error near the work mov - so i guess it was trying to do something with a quicktime mov - so now it works for some formats but doesnt read targa's the only file i use - it says - c:\program is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable progam or batch file. filename.tga : (10) broken pipe

so any idea's quicktime opens targa's fine - so why doesnt f check?

it wont save anything either same error message - if i open i gif and try to save it as a jpeg or a differnt named gif - same thing happens...
