Default samplerinfo usded in reflection prob?

hi,

if i put env. ball in reflected color slot , it works fine.....but

i want surface to start reflecting gradually as it is becoming perpedicual to camera..........

i connect a ramp v. coordinate to sampler info facing ratio.....

then mapped env ball to ramp white color....

and then finally mapped ramp to reflected color.........but maya is not rendering..........

ne ideas to ezly do this......

unfortunately i can't attach jpg images here.....
if someone asked i can mail prob images or .ma file.......

you can post and attach afile if you push the button "post reply", then attach your zip file in the browse button, go to your directory, attach.
