Default Fillet Question

I'm trying to make the wheels for a car, following ths WRX tutorial

but i can't get the fillet working right... can anybody help me?

looks like he's using a circular fillet. Make sure your normals are facing the same direction. Might be a good idea to delete history, too. Aside from that, I think its just a matter of experimenting with the options.
