You could look into Polytrans:

Polytrans for XSI
Polytrans for Maya

or the beta of this:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dotxsi4maya/

That's all I've seen on XSI - Maya converters.

u might wanna wait for the FBX format to support XSI more, that works much better than polytrans and works with more programs as well
