ok the dwellings are progressing, but I am really not looking forward to the actual texturing at all ..these pics have some basic colours to give an idea, but I have been experimenting with actual textures and have failed miserably on every attempt user added image I may just complete the model and then pull out of this challenge as my skills are really not up to the job..lol.
the buildings are only half finished as you can see..I still have details missing...most notably the windows and doors user added image

I can sympathise with you on the texturing. I'm crap at it too. But that scene could look really good textured well. And there's still a good bit of time left.

What about adding some paint effects trees and scenery to the hills too?

Now this one I really like, you have put a lot of work into this. Keep up the excellent work.

I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species. I realized that you're not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an area, and you multiply, and multiply, until every natural resource is consumed. The only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet, you are a plague, and we are the cure.

Thats looking pretty cool there. Kinda reminds me of a mix between Japiness and MiddleAges styles.
