Mirroring hair setup

I have created a hair system for half a head and need to mirror it over to the other side. Is there any way of doing this.

Cheers,
Leon

Also does anyone know why my characters hair is looking like it has gel in it. I have made the hair colour black and the specular colour a very dark brown. Any thoughs are much appreciated.

Thanks,

Leon

Leon is the hair made using PaintFX or handpainted? It looks to me as if the transparency/blending picks up too much of the skin color and you get the gel effect (not trying to be funneh).
If it's handpainted it's easy to fix with a bristle brush and make sure there's no half opacity down there. If it's paint FX I have to guess more as I've never used it, but I'd try a harder more opaque brush if you can choose. A different brush in other words. See if you get the same results.

Cheers AlphaFlyte, I think it is the transparency blending, still needs some more tweaking though but should be able to get it now. Still cannot mirror the hair over to the other side though so any suggestions on this would be great.
