MP files to MA/MB

Hello have been making my first character head on Maya Learning Addition and have just brought Maya 8.5 unlimited and I cant open my files i created on PLE. Is there a converter or is there no way around this? Really don't want to have to do it all again.

Unfortuantly you cant, its part of the licence agreement for using the PLE.
