A few of the materials are kind of ambiguous I think. I'm not sure if the map is leather or paper, the bump map doesn't express either one. And I can only guess the spheres on the lower right corner are pearls. The highlights on them are too blown out and the reflections are too sharp.

As for the map, something similar had in mind like a cloth. And for the pearls YES i have to agree the glow went a bit bright. Thanks for the feedback.

Its Mental ray with two volume lights and some Ambient occlusion. The composting and effects done in after effects.
