plastic sphere

Hey all,

How can i achieve this plastic sphere effect in maya? (have a look at the attached picture) I know i have to use hdri..but if someone can explain me someway i would be so happy..

hey - im no expet (far from it)
do u have software to unwrap the hdri file if not go here and get it program

here are some file to use wiv it probes

and try digital tutors for a vid tut on how to use ithere

some1 here will know as well so its good to try both though
