How do you change the color of the interface?

Ok, we know that Window>Setting/Preferences>Colors can change the color of just about any object in Maya, but how do you change the interface color? Alex from Gnomon online has a black interface, but how did he get it that way? Thanks in advance.

I think it's Display > Grid > Options and you can change the background and grid colors... I think.
