Nissan Car, Physical Sun & sky- Light Linking

As you see in image below the yellowish color of Blue/red shift = 400 , its covers entire car. but I don't want this effect the Ground and the Nissan Tyre, is that any way so I can prevent that?

Maybe light linking of sun and sky? break the connections?

if you know somethings say something plz.
