This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Command line render

I'm on a univeristy machine which has more than one version of maya installed 6.0 and 8.0.

When I try to render from the command line it uses 8.0. However I want to use 6.0.

How do I switch between the two??

Thanks,

Forlax.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

Windows will automaticaly use the maya version that was last installed as it will be the first path it uses within the DOS environment settings. To get it to use 6, then browse to the Maya 6 install directory and run the batch line from there.
