This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Hi guys, my entry for this comp, Is going to be a beast of some sort. I'll be trying to model this in nurbs (yeah right) Its my first attempt at a patch modeling. So most likely will end up as a POLY....

Just a small update about 4 hours into it. Started to align patches on the neck and chin. Still have to work on the eye and nose area. But its my first patch model ever.

Ok about 9 hours into it, Got a little upset at the nurbs patches not aligning right so I just turned it into my first love POLYS. Good thing is it still kept most, if not all the detail I had in the patch model.

Holy cow, Kurt! That rocks! If I had the means, I would definitely hire you as a modeler for my projects. Keep up the great work. user added image
