Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Dr. Know: 1 area light (spotlight) outside the window, 1 fill pointlight to lighten up and then the environment is yellowish-white. Final gather is turned on in mray, and raytraced shadows.

Final.

This will be my final (I think.... hmm... ). It's not perfect, however I feel it's the best it will be for now. More tweaking would probably make it worse! user added image
