Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Surface Filleting

Hi,

Another supposedly trivial problem. I have an eye that I wish to place into a head I have modelled. I have trimmed a hole in the side of the head by duplicating the outside isoparm of the eye, enlarging slightly and projecting onto the head.

Now, I have tried to surface fillet the outside of the eye and the inside of the eye socket together, but it looks very unnatural.

Moreover, there is also a lot of gaps that have formed between the new surface and the other two, that no matter how I change the fillet options or the rendering options cannot get rid of.

Any suggestions?
