Extrude problem !?

Ok here is the problem i select my Circle and shift select my line click extrude ... and it's extrude the circle and fill it !? but i was making that action to make wires .. in my previous scean ... i don't know what mess out ... ( i think was the order of selection but it's not ... ) some help ... here are my extrude settings and the problem user added image
