Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

I need help~~

I am currently preparing my portfolio to get into a game company as an environment artist. I am kind of stuck here. I really don't know what else I can do more. It looks flat and boring to me. I need to add more cracks but then it doesn't really show much.

What do you guys think I need here?

Thank you!

A nice piece

I would put in another light coming from one side to give some more contrast...

I agree with Jay, gr8 model. Its all down to lighting now.

Get some nice ambient and direction lights in place, tewak the colors and intensities fall off rates. Try using Final Gather in Mental Ray and get a nice finish.
