Noir render

Hi, I desperately need some rendering help. I am looking to render a video in the noir style of the film Renaissance, but I can't work out how to do it. Can someone please help me :headbang:

I'd think there will be a good deal of post work done to help control the colors and grain and whatnot.

I didn't think to watch the making of 8-) I'll have to give it a render as best I can and then see what I can do with it in After Effects.
