Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Ok. Looks good to me. I like the moving starfield in the window to the right. I think once you've got more to it we'll find out why that hatch is so small. Until then, I'll hold any questions about it. user added image

Looking good though, bud! user added image

Ok, the hatch is so small as it's a refuelling hatch for a pod that is sitting just above. The opening is for the fule pipe, here's a shot attached of the next scene.

Thanks.

Looks cool but one thing instanly jumps out when I see it. The guy is putting a fuel line into something above his head and he is not wearing any eye protection.

I see your point Rick and i agree. It's not too serious a movie though, little tongue in cheek and in the very next scene, due to a leaking seal he does actually get sprayed with fuel. It's not that great a movie anyway and unfortunately it took me away from doing this months challenge. Thanks for the comments anyway appreciate it.

Tounge-in-cheek, eh? heh heh. Yeah I can see that. Especially since they're obviously technologically advanced enough to be flying thru space, yet they feel the need to refuel by hand. user added image
