numerically values

I am disabled and I find delicate hand control difficult, I find the panel on the right hand side where you can numerically input values for scale rotation etc very handy, but I am struggling with fine movements for indivual and groups of faces and vertex etc can any one tell me if there is a way of inputting values for these

Thanks
Trikeman
