Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Subject line...use it to its full potential

I've been seeing this alot lately so I figured I'd post a reminder. If you have questions to post, try to use the subject line to title the question so folks know what it's about. It makes things easier on the rest of us. Here are some examples of what's bad and what's good:

Bad:

- Heeeeeellllllpppp!!!!!
- Pleeeeeeasseeeee!!!!
- Another dumb question!
- Can someone help me??!
- Argh, I did it again!!
- Does anyone know?!
- 2 Questions
- Newbie question

Good:

- modeling car - birail problems
- trouble rounding corners on a nurbs cube
- texturing - having trouble w/UV layout

You get the drift. In this forum particularly, it might be nice to see folks post with the subject with the area they're having trouble with and the specifics (i.e., Modeling - Trouble with Booleans or Texturing - Bump map issues, etc.).
