Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Your such a negativist, mc-fleury...

Really nice model so far. I like it... and I dont care wether it looks like a chopper or not... as long as you are acheiving what you are wanting. And about your computer... it makes me sad because you barely outshoot me... i have 3.2gig HT processor, with 2 gigs of dual channel ram.

Well, I do believe that it is possible for one to create their own type of vehicle, even if it is fictional.

custom textures

Hello every one!! I am working on the Chopper again, I have just finished a tutorial on creating textures and I have done some work with the chopper. I am very excited about it. I know things are not quite right yet, but I am working on them. any C&C would be greatly apriciated!!

Thanks for all the comments, I would not be this motivated to work on this stuff without all of the great support that every one here at SM provide!!

Thanks again!!

I dont know if I am going to keep this flame job for sure, I am going to work on some hand drawn custom flames and try to photoshop those a little bit, maybe I can get a better effect for them. as far as the wheels go, they are still just place holders, I am trying to find some wheels that I like and then I will build them to this model.

okay I have just spent the last 20 hours strait redoing my custom flame job, and adding a little kick to my wheels. I am liking the results that I have come up with but I will leave it all for you to decide how it looks. let me know, C&C is always welcome here!

Thanks

I like the new flames a lot better than the old ones, but they look a little too repetitive on the part below the seat imo...

some lighting!!

hello every one, I just thought I would post a new image, I have been playing with lights. the model is looking good so far. I thought that I might put it inside of garage, maybe build some tool boxes and stuff. hey does any one know where I might find a good tutorial for creating tires or maybe some one could tell me how to do it. Thanks for all the comments!!
