This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
I think the dielectric mat automatically has freshnel reflections, personally I think the mia mat x is a better choice, its also a physical shader with the options to tweak.
