Free web tools?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a couple of free web tools. I'm looking for a poll, a newsletter tool, a visitor counter, and a tell-a-friend tool. Here's what I'm looking for in them:

•Free
•No ads
•Easy to use
•Good interface

Anyone know of any good sites out there that provide these? I'm using Bravenet's now and I'm sick of the ads and terrible customer support from them.

webinsta mailing manager for newsletter.

I use it allot, very easy to install. and to use.

the others i have never used so i cant suggest a good one.
