Looks really nice!

I'll be looking forward to seeing what kind of texturing you put on it, do you think you'll go for shiny metallic, or a more dusty worn look?
I'd think the dusty worn look would go nicely on it.

I was wondering about that as well - it really sets up your model really nicely even at this early stage

reminds me of zoids as well... didn't know there were zoids in the 80's though

the mesh looks clean and efficient
looks like you have a few hard edges where you might not want them. maybe you want to soften them so some of the surface looks more round

seems like it'll be fun to rig too

Can't wait to see more. Love how it looks, very good work with clean mesh! I've been wanting to do a mech for the longest and this inspires me again to start one
