That looks really cool man, I like the lighting effect on his back. Maybe I would add a little brown tint to his belly though, sometimes I see that on sharks.

texture is nice very realistic

the eye lacks life, it looks like an empty hole.

the caustics are too much tone them down a bit they are blowing out on the tip of the nose and side of the head above the eye way too much.

debris and silt in the water are a nice extra touch

The water light reflection is a directional light projection of ocean texture, you find a similar scene in the ocean presets.

Open the visor and select underwater scene.
