i take it deciding on the victor wont be a community thing now then seeing as how someone is almost bound to make lots of proxy accounts to vote on themselves

Chirone - Do you think the users on this site would actually do that? Cant speak for everyone, but I'd rather win on merit than fixing it.

I dont mind the public voting for fun, but think the person creating the challenge and the rules (gster) should decide on the winner as he understands the rules and what he expects to see in the final submissions.

no i dont expect anyone who has entered already to do that, i'd expect everyone to compete honourably, but someone who hasn't and isn't someone we've seen before might

yeah, i dont mind the voting, i just become suspicious sometimes

I agree with speedy....it will/should be up to gster and more importantly David who the overall winner is. Community votes will obviously be part of it...but not necessarily the deciding factor. As this site has been (and hopefully will be for a long time) a rather fantastic site for comradery...I think the general populace will be honest anyway.

As gster has made the rules and David has put up the Johnny Cash...well they will be the judges I believe..as it should be.

cheers bullet

Hi guys,

I'll put up a vote still for people to vote on their winner, though the final judgement will be down to me and David.

Cheers

Steve
