Thank ya t1ck135 user added image . Eldwick i'm using a program called Modo, from Luxology. It's a real good poly/subd modelling tool, although i've only had it for about a month or so. You should check it out.
Anyway, a little progress on the body and arms, hands are a little rough and still need some work, but i'll move on to the rest for now.

Thanks guys user added image And you're right mat, at least I wanted to be a pirate when I was much younger :bandit: . I think the first pirate movie I saw was The Count of Monte Cristo with Richard Chamberlain, hehe a long time ago...
Ok here are some updates, some close-ups of the feet and finished body. I may have overdone it with the body a bit, the boy will be wearing a t-shirt so no need for details really.

the underside of the feet is looking good.
I'm not too sure about the spaces between the toes though. Generally toes (not between the big toe and first) sit more or less touching unless you force your toes down to spread them or tense your foot.

Hey vizion - just wanted to say that this is looking fantastic so far. I REALLY like how you are modelling your character. The old version was looking cool too, but this new model is looking even better - the proportions of the head are spot on. I really like the way you have modelled the feet and the hands - the way that you have managed to make them look spindly is just right. Good work vizion - I am looking forward to seeing more of your work.
