double sided shading?

Can anybody explain how to go about shading a polygon mesh with two shades (a different shade on each side)?

I checked the help files and couldn't find squat. I knew of a way to do this rather easily in Max and unfortunately after messing around with hypershade I couldn't find a way to do this. Not yet anyways. Sorry.

Its a nice bit of kit, can be a tad restrictive for extreme movements compared to an optical system, but it needs less clean up on the raw data, pretty much none sometimes, thats the trade off between mechanical and optical systems.

It was a bit of a fiddle to get it set up on my PC in the first instance, but its going fine now.
