This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

drinks nights?

i wonder if it could be organized so that different people on the forum could make arrangements to catch up for a 'drinks night'.., people in the different states and countries could meet up in their own states and countries and chat about stuff, maybe forge new links and help each other get work and such (without being riding people that is).., mainly just for fun.., well.., all just for fun user added image

what do people think of this idea i wonder???

i reckon it a good idea.., but the thing is.., here, on this forum, we have a common interest.., maya.., age and such is of no concern..,

in real life (out of cyber space) there are other concerns, .., dress sense, money issues, possibly class issues, blah blah., but it would be nice to meet on common ground.., is it possible???

I dont see GecT here??? on this thread???

Sure it could be done. But then are the people you get on with most gonna be the people in your area.

Didn't quite a few people get together for christmas once?

To be honest everyone will probably like each other less if they actually meet them because, of like mirek03 suggested there are other issues
