dynamics problem

hey how to i get the fire to reflect off the ground....

and fyi the fire is really fake i know i took like no time thanks.

Try enabiling raytraced shadows in hte render globals as I think that works for S/W rendered particles (if that what you used)

hmmm... interesting. Hows about a screenshot of your render globals? Especially the raytrace part.

i just made a ploy plane and added a and slected it and when to Effects > Create Fire.

Select the particle shape node and under render stats select visable in reflections and refractions (if you want them)

Worked for me

CAn you post what the scene looks like now?

And... is that book a Saxon Math algebra book? it sure looks like it (I had saxon math books for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade, but last year (pre-algebra, 7th grade) and this year (algebra1, 8th grade) I had a different book series.

LOL!, i use that book right now and i hate it. so my freind asked me to distory it so i did, i have to go right now thats why the fire isnt right and the other things. peace out.

one last thing i didnt texture the whole book.

Yes I agree that the saxon book is a piece of crap- and should be burned to cinders. Then again, I thought that about all the teachers that taught from them too! user added image
