Wot a cool username!!! Its looks okay at the moment, not a lot else to say really as the image of your mesh is quite small, a bit closer perhaps with wire on shaded??? But its good you have plenty of angles on the reference!!!

Well here is a wireframe, I know its very messy and all but this is my 1st head project so itll have to do for now. ( also added the hair now.

I understand this is your first model head, but I would lose some of those 9 sided polys and a few others. Keep it all tidy then you wont have problems later on, texturing,rendering and animation
Believe me it will make a difference

Hi,

Meaning you are running your edges all over the place with no thought of how to set up the structure of the face for animation. You should rearrange your edges so that all your polys are quads for best animation and smoothness.

Dude

Thats better!!! Still a way to go around the mouth, the geometry is still 'odd'. You could do with some more around the cheeks and ear too.

Well I finished the head and I have been working on some diffrent face expressions, I had to redo all my previouse expressions as I have forgotten to add the teath.
Anyway here they are:
