error with my new film

hey i bought points yeh and i downloaded part 1 of the free frog , i extracted it from its file and then when i tired to play it it says :: error downloading codec :: and then after a few seconds it laods a audio file , but no video , do you know why this is ,please someone help me

i think that's because your media player does not have the necessary codecs to play the file. no matter what codecs you download for windows media player, some files will never play. there is an alternative. there is a player called VLC media player. it is able to play most of the files that i couldn't play before. i don't know where to download it from though, you'l have to search for it.
