This story is cracking me up.

Boy spends over £1000 on xbox live - but its mummy's credit card.

Whats more I know she phone consumer derect over it as well - spoke to my GF and there is nothing she can do about it hehe, and now shes blaming microsoft - pricessless.

This is horrible. In the 6 years i have had live i think i have spent maybe $100 total on Points not counting live subscription. And you know that kid is the one hosting 10th prestige lobbies on COD

In a twist to my original story I have heard Microsoft are seeking damages after she told her credit card company that it was a fraudulent transaction and reported them to Visa and by mouthing off to anyone who will lessen without contacting Microsoft first to speak about the matter. Now she wants to claim Legal Aid - my god this women is taking this piss.
