Introduction to Maya - Rendering in Arnold
This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

Speeder

Hey guys

Thought I'd keep this out of the wip section as I was spending more time looking at posts than getting on with stuff. This design has been in my head for a few years. Originally did it in Strata Studio when I had a mac G3. Had it published in computer arts too!! This is for the girl character. I still might tweak the texture a bit as its still too clean. Hope you like it.

Nice job! I'd like to see a little more dirt, especially around the engines. You've got some, but I think it'd be a lot more and make it almost like a blast mark, if you get my meaning.

Hey Cb8rwh

Howz it going? Hey thanks, I have actually looked at games but cos you have to go thru agencies here in England they keep saying to me, 'its not what we're looking for'. Also my models get converted to hi res meshes which isn't ideal for gaming really anyway. But if anyone one knows of somebody.......

I'm actually looking to the States to get a job, cos to me thats where its all at. My position as a Lead Character Modeller/TD hasn't come up yet at ILM, LOL.....

Thanks to Mike and the other guys too for your kind words too, definately more dirt!!!

Hey thanks Mainline

It was inspired by an early world war 2 jet plane, with the wings cut off, but if you turn it backto front it actually looks like Sebulbas pod racer cockpit too, all in all 2 for the price of one!!!
