Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Padre' - Human Head

Hi all,

Been a while since I posted but I thought I would share with you my latest. This is only my 2nd attempt at creating a human head. Created in Maya, textures done in Photoshop CS.

Learned a lot while making him. Currently working on the third.

His name is Murray. He used to be a rogue, well, not a very good one. He was bested by a monk who he attacked in an alley. They became friends and the monk showed him the way to enlightenment. Now Murray is a man of the cloth, but can a tiger really change his stripes? Only time will tell.

Cheers, Tegmo

Hehe, just an idea. You could make him in a pose like rig (if you have his whole body) and make him the kung-fu monk! user added image
