Dalek problem

hi guys.
i have made a dalek from doctor who and i need to render it with raytracing on.
The problem is that the dalek has a light on it (a sphere with full glow and ambient colour) and when i render with raytracing the light goes away and im left with a white sphere.

is there anyway of fixing this?

thank you

Hello robochrish,

it looks as though you have the glow intensity too high and no incandesence. I hope this helps.

I used red for the example but you can use whatever colour a dalek has as its light.

take it easy,

Mat.
