Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Textile architecture

Hmrph...

Ok, so I need to do a huge tent-like structure, made up of a rather odd shape, similar to the structure in this link:

Below you can see one of the possible designs from a bird's eye view.

The indicated framework rests 14 meters upon ground, and this is what the tarpaulin is attached to. From the framework outwards, it descends towards the floor, down to a height of something between 3 and 6 meters upon ground.

Doing this by hand is no option, so what whould be the best solution to tackle the problem? Cloth? Suicide?

Any pearls of wisdom? Have I made myself clear? Does the light go out when you close the fridge?
