hey paldav, the vid looks awesome man! cant wait for when you finish this ...

some crits would be, the first 34 seconds, the planes seem to be a bit slow but after that they pick up the pace and look great. it'd be good to see some universe/sky in the background also user added image

also another thing, from 0:56-1:01, what was the poly count for that if you remember user added image i love how the camera, just jumps inbetween the bunker things and just flies past all the building things...

Cheers guys

I got an external sata drive reader and ive checked all my stuff is ok, i used a mirrored array ( did somthin right for a change)

The trench dive scene was split into
near surface
far surface
left trench wall
right trench wall and floor
lights

then i composited it all, cant remember what the poly count was but my pc wouldnt have handled it!

I really meant for the dive to be at a steeper angle, and put a tower firing into the scene, the list of fixes grows ever longer.

By the time i get it fixed i'll probably be sorting out some explosions then redoing some of the cut scenes as the lighting isnt great on some of them, and only on some of the later renders did i get the engines to stay bright further from the camera.

That looks pretty cool, I especially liked the part when they started flying through that canyon thingy. As others have said though, the cut to black is taking a way from it, I think it'll work better with an instant cut between the shots. Oh yah and I want sound dammit!

So i like the animations.

Thou your editing work needs some touchup.

Dont add black screens in between shots.

Try to do combinations of cutscene and fade-ins

Some camera shots look kinda wonky like you all of a sudden looze the feel of speed. Try to keep the speed consistant towards the background and the front ellements.

Looked like the ships had an rubber band on them attached to the star user added image

But i like the models and animation, nicely done.
