March Challenge - braam - Normal

I want to create Human Harvester(HH-047) to gather endangered humans who had shrunk into the dimension of standard insect to live in the oozing sewers. HH is well programmed to perform their masters's longed wish - to diminsh humans. Modern Insects (which had envolved into the size of humans) are HH's mean masters...

Since the sketch doesn't provide 100% 3D information, I decided to model it at my own imagination. The sketch is just for the inspiration. Hennie Blaaw, thanks for the sketch!

I am in very early modelling phase. I included the picture of a leg region where I am working on. Any comments are welcome!

Even if not done in time. do finish it. Really cool !! I like the shading much. and the pipeing.

now about thoughs wires. have any secret beside just small geo extruded ? like I'm most intrested in the hanging of them. did you do that buy hand or did you use some dynamics or such ? if you don't mind me asking.

Hoh, man this is wicked. I love what you have done so far, and to tell you the truth, THIS is what i had in mind for futuristic robot user added image

. I love this kinda robot, reminds me of something from chrono trigger. But yea, the little critter robots are the best, this one is awesome, great detail. Your choice of colors so far is very nice as well. That shade of orange and the blue are great, very common web colors if your into webdesign. Anyways i wont mumble on for long... so keep it up braam and hope you stick around user added image

Human Harvester = 50% Completed

Hi guys,

I am working on some textures around its repentae (yellow thorax) and it is really fun to develop ideas during the process. Inside a yelllow brittle ball, which clutching at its tail, is a special chemical Gas that will put humans into trance as soon as it is deflated. There are different colored balls, produced by metal organs in its abdomen, for several purposes.

Yellow ball = Special Chemical Gas
Red ball = Bomb
Blue ball = Net to puts Human into stationary positions.
Green ball = Mass Destructor

I am putting different signs on each balls to recognize their characters. Head is around the corner. Any C & C and ideas welcome.
