This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

I must say that the knife looks pretty good.

Can you tell me about the hardest part (if any)? I'm just curious and try to pick up on polygonal work

well all of the parts were hard if you think that i almost didn't know anything about poly-manipulation...but finally found out many things...
the blade started somehow like this: curves->planar (poly)->then designed on the blade the line that bumps a little up..using poly-spilt and then just selected the faces of the line and translate it a little higher and it started looking like a blade..(of course i did a little more tweaking later..)
As for the white spots..it is 3d paint, airbrush.

É don't think polys are so great (maybe later in the project they seem better), i first use nurbs and then convert them to polys.
