Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Looks neat. user added image Skin could use some details, perhaps, like maybe scars, a tatoo, or whatever. Maybe a slight (very slight) bump map for the skin, depending on the look you're going for.

Thanks Mike. I might have ago at adding a bump map and some tatoos if I have time left over at the end (tried a few tatoos but couldn't get them to look right). I'm hoping to start some animtion tomorrow.

the sword is looking good with thoughs textures or shaders. But if you have time at the end maybe you could drop the spec on the grip ?

Hadn't noticed that Pony, if I have time at the end I might retexture the sword to suit better, so I could experiment with a different grip shader then.

The camera is going all over the place. I think tone the camera movement down a little and it should be cool and easier to C&C.

O.K. I rendered this one with a still camera. The other one was supposed to look like he hit the camera with the last punch. I suppose I should concentrate on getting the basics down before messing with camera techniques user added image.
