Lost Mental Ray!

I can't find Mental ray anywhere in the render settings, theres no tab or anything, I'm sure ive used in before, has anyone got any ideas? or is there something obvious im missing?Ive got Maya software, Hardware and vector renderers but thats it.

goto the window tab and select setting and preferences and then select the plug in manager.
check mayatomr.mll is ticked.

Champion! Thanks, dunno how that was switched off ive never mucked around with the plug ins

mental ray sometimes switches itself off. don't think it's anything you did as i've heard others complain of the same problem.
