I got animation of bullets ejecting in the proper direction but now need to get them spinning in a random rotaion. Just need to sit back a bit nad figure out an expression for this. Any ideas you guys can through at me would be great.

This might have the expresion you need to make it randomized. Also the Inspired Character Creation book has a good little chapter on expressions. You might be able to take a look at it in your local borders, (Borders is my Libary). Looking forward to seeing more of your project.

Help on vector rendering...may not be the right forum

Hi,

This image looks fantastic. Could someone give a basic idea of how to vector render in maya? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't help with that, but i know you need maya 5 so if you've got 4.5 or lower you can't do it.

I was originally going to do this in vector but vector does not support particles. Than i tried to do layers which worked fine but than the issue is that there is no alpha in vector either. So thats when I decided to go with the realistic look.
