here is my first model ever.i need to attach the neck to the body, attach the arm to the body and the leg to th body. i need to create the hand and the feet.at the en , it will be a football player.

and before i can continu my model, i have a problem.i smooted my head and now i dont kow how to unsmooth that head.someone know

if you've smoothed the head there's no going back. You can decrease faces but you'e loosing you're geometry flow.

It's too hard to see well to be certain, but the muscles in the arms seem way off and bit lumpy. Press Alt B to switch the background or open the camera attributes to change the environment color.
