nice work !!!!!!

i have to agree the hands are looking abit on the small size though i doubt it will take long to fix, so it shouldn't be to much back tracking

This is really good, I like this cartoon style of modeling.
The only change with the color i can think of would be to maybe change the shoes to contrast a bit with the legs.

Keep it up user added image

Oppose the hips and the shoulders so that the characters left arm swings forward while the right left extends for the landing.

You will also want the characters left side to be down as it has just pushed off from the take off.

The left hand should be thrust in the directon of the motion and the staff tilted to show its weight.

The right arm should be further back and less tensed.

The head will allways try and position itself at level so keep her looking the direction she is going and dont tilt her head up and down too much.

Oh and left foot/ toe should be pointing in the directoin from which she took off.

I dont know what look your going for but it feels like you want to do a prance, with the current gate between the steps it looks like quite an ample jump. Cute prances tend to have alot of upward motion and less forward and generous arm swings with the leading arm. and quite loose overlap in the spine.
